These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toolspouch.com and its free utilities (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ToolsPouch provides browser-based utilities. Tools run on your device, and the content you enter is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without notice.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service free of charge for lawful personal, educational and internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, remove proprietary notices, or mirror the site in a way that implies affiliation with us. The ToolsPouch name, logo and design remain our property.
3. Your Content
You keep all rights to what you enter into the tools and to the results they produce. Because processing happens in your browser, we have no access to it and claim no license to it. You are responsible for having the right to process any content you use and for complying with any confidentiality or data-protection obligations that apply to it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
- disrupt, overload, probe or attempt to breach the Service or its infrastructure;
- interfere with advertisements or generate invalid ad impressions or clicks;
- distribute malware or use the Service in an attack on any system.
5. Automated Use
Bots, scrapers and other automated access are prohibited, except normal search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt. You may not run high-volume scripted requests, harvest content at scale or use the Service to train machine-learning models without written permission. We may rate-limit or block abusive or automated traffic.
6. Advertising and Third Parties
The Service is supported by advertising from third parties such as Google AdSense. Advertisers are independent of us, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Some pages contain affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Specifications, benchmark results and launch prices shown on the Service are provided for general information, may contain errors or be out of date, and are not an offer to sell. Prices and availability on third-party sites are set by those sites.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that tool results will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. Verify important results independently.
8. In-Browser Processing and No Server Liability
- We do not receive, store or back up your input or output and cannot recover content lost when you close or refresh a page or when your browser or device fails.
- You are responsible for saving results you want to keep and for the security of your device, browser and extensions.
- Performance depends on your hardware. Very large inputs may slow or crash a tab, and we are not liable for resulting loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLSPOUCH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim will not exceed US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolsPouch and its operators from claims and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you process with the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, please contact us at support@toolspouch.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
13. Changes and General
We may revise these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
